A simplification bill approved for the construction of fiber optic communication networks
The Valle d’Aosta regional council, meeting this morning, approved the admission to the regional contributions for damage caused by landslides in Villeneuve which took place on December 27, 2019 and January 1, 2020. The total amount allocated is 96,423 euros.
The regional executive also issued a contribution of up to 11,700 euros in favor of the Historical Institute of the Resistance and of Contemporary Society in the Aosta Valley by way of participation in the costs of the project “Lieux-Mémoire-Résistance – Places of Resistance and Anti-Fascism in Valle d’Aosta”.
The regional government then approved the concession, for the 2021/2022 school year, of free travel on SVAP bus lines for the specific needs of commuter students who attend the “Regina Maria Adelaide” High School of Human Sciences and Science, the “Innocent Manzetti” Technical Education School and the “Edouard Berard” Scientific and Linguistic High School, decentralized, respectively, in the offices of via Chavanne, via Chambery and viale Federico Chabod in Aosta.
On the proposal of the councilor for Finance, Innovation, Public Works and the Territory, the financial coverage was approved to cope with major works on urgent interventions already started in the municipalities of Avise, Morgex and Valsavarenche and for urgent work to clear the riverbed of the Fiernaz stream as a result of heavy rainfall that occurred.
The regional council has also approved the supply of road signs and road furniture necessary to redevelop the signage of regional roads and to integrate the existing vertical signs, in order to improve the safety and fluidity of road traffic, for a total cost, for the year 2021, of 122,500 euros.
The executive project of the protection works of part of the inhabited center in the locality of Tache and the construction of the rockfall works in the Municipality of Gressoney-La-Trinité for a net amount of the works equal to 932,179 euros.
The regional council approved the regional simplification bill to be proposed to the regional council regarding the Discipline for the creation of optical fiber electronic communication networks in the region.
The integration into the Regional Public Works Program of an extraordinary maintenance intervention was also approved, for rockfall protection works along the Rhêmes Regional Road 24.
At the proposal of the Councilor for Cultural Heritage, Tourism, Sport and Commerce, the Region’s adhesion to the campaign was approved Pink Ribbon 2021 and to National day for the safety of care and assisted person – World Patient Safety Day with the lighting of the Aymavilles castle in pink from 29 September to 15 October 2021 and orange on 17 September 2021.
As regards the Department of Education, Universities, Youth Policies, European Affairs and Participants, the program of interventions in favor of people with autism spectrum disorders for the 2021/2022 school year and, specifically, the realization of the “Autism training point” project, for an estimated total cost of 9 thousand 500 euros.
Finally, for the Department of Economic Development, Training and Work, the final ranking relating to initiatives presented in the year 2021 by the managers of the cross-country ski tracks to finance interventions for the development of Nordic skiing.
