An intangible card for children between 18 and 35 years old to download on the IO app which offers discounts and concessions for home, sport, leisure, culture, mobility or training. It is called the “National Youth Card”, a digital tool for all boys and girls residing in Italy wanted by the Department for Youth Policies and the Universal Civil Service.
