The parish priest of the Ukrainians Roman Kryvyy, vicar for the South: “Prayers are not enough, we must move immediately”

“It is no longer enough to pray, we have to move”. Father Roman Kryvyy, 40, parish priest of the Ukrainians of the Greek-Catholic church of the Byzantine rite for Avellino, Benevento and Campobasso and vicar for the South, has a voice that trembles more with anger than with emotion.

“We are afraid for our families, but here in Campania we are discovering a lot of solidarity and this is very important”, confirms Father Roman, one of the 60 Ukrainian priests who carry out the pastoral mission in Italy.
