This Friday, the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) reports that the sentencing hearing against David Munguía Payés continues, in which he is prosecuted for mobilizing $4,638,164.91 of public funds for personal benefit and that of his family members.
According to the tax authorities, this procedure is carried out in the Specialized Domain Forfeiture Court.

It is expected that today documentary evidence will be presented against the former Minister of National Defense who served during the administration of Mauricio Funes.
The Prosecutor’s Office requests that 9 properties, including a beach ranch, 2 vehicles and 9 fixed-term deposits be transferred to the State.
