The warning predicts that from April 29 to April 30, there will be thunderstorms, strong winds, and hail in areas of southern Hunan, central and southern Jiangxi, northeastern Zhejiang, central and western Fujian, southeastern Guizhou, northern and eastern Guangxi, and central and northern Guangdong.

According to the forecast, some areas may experience thunderstorms with maximum wind speeds exceeding level 12, and there is a possibility of tornadoes. Additionally, short-term heavy precipitation is expected in parts of southeastern Hubei, central and southern Hunan, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guizhou, and Guangxi, with hourly rainfall exceeding 20 mm and local maximums surpassing 50 mm.

In response to the warning, the government and relevant departments are urged to carry out emergency rescue operations and take precautions against the severe weather conditions. Drivers are advised to park vehicles on higher ground, while outdoor activities should be halted, and individuals should seek shelter indoors.

Transportation authorities have been advised to implement traffic control measures to ensure safety on the roads, while airports, railways, and other transport units should consider closure measures. Additionally, cities are advised to prepare for drainage and rescue operations to mitigate the risks of flash floods, landslides, and debris flows.
