A hiker lived an exciting moment in the Chingaza National Park, located in the Eastern mountain range of Colombia, when he came face to face with a spectacled bear.
The shocking encounter was recorded on video and went viral, as it is seen how the animal manages to approach just a few meters from the man, who, astonished, slowly retreats while recording the scene.
The incident would have occurred this Saturday, February 17, when the hiker, identified as David Núñez Amórtegui, was on a tour.
“Yesterday walking through Chingaza we had a WONDERFUL encounter,” wrote the Internet user.
Immediately, many social media users commented on what happened: “How beautiful!”, “How nice but what a terrible scare to have him so close, him in what are you doing here mode?” I have a nice photo there from the time I went but I didn’t see any bears”, “Nice encounter and great how they were leaving so as not to disturb him.” Thank you”, “That bear was divine and the setting looks like something out of a movie.
