From 0-24 o’clock on August 11th, 38 new cases were confirmed in Jiangsu (1 case was reported in Nanjing City; 37 cases were reported in Yangzhou City), 15 cases were light type, and 23 cases were ordinary type. The above cases were treated in isolation in designated hospitals. There were 2 new discharged cases (all confirmed locally).
Details of new cases will be released by relevant districts and cities.
Since July 20, Jiangsu Province has reported a total of 734 local confirmed cases (234 in Nanjing, 12 in Huai’an, 485 in Yangzhou, and 3 in Suqian). A total of 32 local confirmed cases have been discharged from hospital.
At present, 721 confirmed cases have been isolated and treated in designated hospitals, of which 702 are local confirmed cases (133 cases of light type, 532 cases of normal type, 24 cases of severe type, and 13 cases of critical type). There were 8 cases of asymptomatic infection under medical observation, including 1 case of indigenous asymptomatic infection.
From January 22, 2020 to 24:00 on August 11, 2021, Jiangsu Province has reported a total of 1,499 confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia (including 133 imported cases).
