The municipal authorities of San Pedro de Ycuamandyyú, through a press conference held this Wednesday morning, reported on the activities that are being organized with those responsible for educational institutions for the national holidays of May 14.
The 213th anniversary of National Independence will be commemorated in several locations with the student parade, for this purpose the students of the departmental capital of San Pedro, birthplace of the hero Vicente Ignacio Iturbe, are getting ready to honor both the country and the mothers .
The students who will be representing their institutions will also pay tribute to the Sampedran hero, a man who was key to the country’s independence. In addition, the main avenue “Braulio Zelada” is today decorated with the Paraguayan flag.
