“We arrived in this neighborhood five years ago with the spirit of promoting experiences, concerns and encounters with the intention that artistic creators generate new businesses. Today we are filled with great excitement to see the new Comfama Winery: for the future, for urban development and for the opportunity to take care of the heritage and tradition of this place where culture allows us to meet among equals,” said David. The transformation of the El Perpetuo Socorro neighborhood

The Perpetuo Socorro neighborhood has historically been characterized by its industrial dynamics with workshops, warehouses and factories that began to come to life during the 20th century. However, in the midst of these industrial dynamics, it has recently been consolidated as a territory with immense potential for creativity and culture.

Thus, a network of forces was created between companies, the public sector and academia that began to give a new meaning to the neighborhood in which workers and artists, designers and mechanics, entrepreneurs and parishioners now coexist. In this way, the alliance between Comfama, Mattelsa, Sandiego and the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana was also born, in order to make the Perpetuo Socorro Creative and Cultural District a reality.

Since 2018, Bodega Comfama has been one of the hearts of the urban renewal of this district, designed for creators to live, work and progress. It has been and will continue to be the home of artists, mentors and entrepreneurs around creativity and culture and, in turn, the meeting space for citizens with new proposals for products, services and reflections on cultural, social and ecological sustainability. and financial.
