The first is to strengthen window approvals and to “close the source.” The approval window strictly controls the “six must and six must not” regulations, strictly examines the application materials, and promptly goes to the site for on-site surveys, verifies and compares the materials provided by the construction unit one by one, and does not approve the approval items that do not meet the requirements , Regarding the approved waste disposal situation and the operation route of the waste truck, we will arrange for someone to post the situation to Dingding and WeChat work groups every day, so as to achieve comprehensive control.

The second is to strengthen supervision and inspection, and keep the “supervision off.” Relying on the original grid management system, explore the establishment of a construction waste management system centered on key road sections and radiate to other road sections, and conduct special inspections on construction waste transportation vehicles within the jurisdiction based on the three principles of “personalization, positioning, and responsibility” . At the same time, the construction waste supervision and inspection team of key law enforcement team members is selected to go to the grid responsibility areas from time to time to carry out supervision and inspection to ensure the effectiveness of the work. Up to now, there have been more than 130 inspections of muck vehicles and 5 special supervision inspections have been carried out.

The third is to insist on strict management and heavy penalties, and to properly control the “transportation.” Adhere to the refined control mode of combining prevention and control with mobile patrols, day patrols and night surprise inspections, normal remediation and centralized tackling, and severe actions such as unlicensed clearing and transportation, unauthorized disposal of construction waste, and leftovers Strikes, forming a high-pressure strike situation. Up to now, 10 cases of illegal transportation and dumping of construction waste have been investigated and dealt with.

The fourth is to strengthen the guidance of public opinion and properly control the “propaganda pass.” Publicize construction waste disposal policies and related laws and regulations through WeChat public account tweets, and go to construction sites, demolition units, and community properties to conduct door-to-door publicity to guide companies in handling specific matters of construction waste transportation and disposal. At the same time, open channels for complaints and reports, and promptly publicize the results of the treatment to the public, creating a strong atmosphere for the whole people to care about and support construction waste management. Up to now, it has conducted in-depth corporate publicity more than 20 times and handled 9 complaints.
