In order to further promote the creation of a national civilized city, the Tongxiang Municipal Comprehensive Administrative and Law Enforcement Bureau intensified its management efforts, made great efforts to “embroider”, and made every effort to implement the joint rectification of the commercial formats of the farmers’ resettlement communities in the main urban area, and further improve the quality of the city.

First, “up and down” synchronization, comprehensive publicity and strong awareness. According to the work requirements of the “Implementation Plan”, through face-to-face visits, publicity meetings, etc., we will carry out multi-faceted and multi-form publicity to the farmers’ resettlement communities in the main urban area, and carefully explain the relatively centralized administrative punishment power, city appearance and environmental sanitation management, Tongxiang City Legal knowledge on the pilot work of sorting domestic waste and construction waste, etc., to further enhance residents’ awareness of the rule of law. At the same time, personally visit the residents to carry out bottled gas safety publicity for residents, and instruct residents to use gas correctly. At present, more than 70 publicity campaigns in various forms have been carried out, and more than 1,300 publicity materials have been distributed.

Second, “internal and external” cooperation, joint inspection to promote effectiveness. According to the method of “departmental linkage, social participation, classified treatment, and combination of blocking and sparseness”, establish a game of chess idea, integrate multiple forces, form a work force, give full play to the advantages of grid management, and make every effort to promote the improvement of farmers’ resettlement communities. In response to behaviors such as over-the-door operation, disorderly construction, disorderly stacking, and disorderly drying of clothes, the village community, market supervision, street comprehensive management office, ecological office and other departments have jointly conducted a survey on Tongqing Community, Baile Community, and Wenhua Community. and other farmers resettlement communities to carry out a thorough investigation of gas safety hazards and city appearance and environmental order. At the same time, strictly implement the work requirements of “determining people, positions, timing, and responsibilities”, strengthen the daily management of express shops, car wash shops, waste purchase shops and other business sites, and carry out cleaning and rectification of oil fume and oil pollution. At present, more than 20 joint inspections have been carried out.

Third, the combination of “point and face”, closed-loop law enforcement look back. In response to the strong complaints from residents about the problem of street occupation by mobile vendors at night, we have cooperated with market supervision, traffic police, public security, and comprehensive management to carry out centralized rectification to eliminate the chance of “guerrilla fighting” by vendors, and prevent the phenomenon of street occupation and off-store business from rebounding. Strive to create a standardized and orderly living environment. At the same time, take each farmer resettlement community as a unit, re-check the city appearance chaos such as the operation of mobile stalls on both sides of the main road inside the community, and the operation of merchants outside the store, establish a dynamic problem supervision list, and regularly review the problems found in the rectification process. Sort out, improve methods and methods, summarize experience, carry out regular inspections on businesses that have problems in the early stage, and do a good job of “looking back” to form a closed loop.
