Transition 4.0, the procedure to offset tax credits is underway

Communication models online

From 12pm on Monday 29 April it is possible to fill in the communication forms to compensate for the tax credits for investments in the Transition 4.0 plan, as per the directorial decree of the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy of 24 April.

Specifically, MIMIT has approved two different communication models of the data and other information to be provided.

The tax credits to which these apply are:

Investments in new capital goods, functional to the technological and digital transformation of companies (Modulo 1, pdf); Investments in research and development activities, technological innovation, design and aesthetic conception (Modulo 2pdf).

Once the PDF file has been downloaded, it will be necessary to open it with Acrobat Reader authorizing, if requested, the execution of the Javascript. Through this application, the pdf file can be compiled in all its parts. Each pdf file must be digitally signed with a certificate electronic signature valid qualification issued by a Certification Authority (see AGID website).

Each communication must be sent individually via certified email to the email address. This email address is protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .

The PDF file must under no circumstances be printed and signed with a holographic signature: the PDFs to be attached to the PEC must therefore not be saved as images or originate from scanning pages but only from saving the duly completed PDF file.
