The Deputy Prosecutor of the Treviso Republic has requested the investigating judge to dismiss the investigation
TREVISO. The file relating to the episode that caused a stir in the Marca, when in May a carabiniere from Treviso had reported that he had not actually been vaccinated by a nurse. The deputy prosecutor Mara Giovanna De Donà, sent the investigating judge, who will proceed in this sense, the archiving investigation.
The file had been opened in May: a carabiniere had presented himself at the Vax Point in Lughignano, Casale sul Sile, for the anti-Covid vaccine, but he had come out with the suspicion that the vaccine had not been inoculated, the piston was not pressed, and the serum was still inside the syringe. An investigation by the Carabinieri of the Nas (Antisophistication Unit) of Treviso followed. The nurse – under investigation for crimes of false ideology (on the certificate issued to the military she had signed the vaccine) and omission in official documents (because she would not have inoculated the serum) – had also apologized.
The investigation will now be closed
