Francis at the Angelus, ‘it is urgent to open humanitarian corridors’

The Pontiff addressed a thought to the “fleeing” civilian population. “They are brothers and sisters for whom it is urgent to open humanitarian corridors, they must be welcomed”. Then he greeted the faithful in St. Peter’s Square with Ukrainian flags, pronouncing the Christian greeting in their language “Praised be Jesus Christ”.
