If in just 11 months there have already been 109 femicides, if the victims of violence are 89 per day, if only 15% of women report the abuse before being killed, if the safety and optional measures are applied in very few cases and in the judgments of the courts we read that the victims “provoke” or talk about “stormy relationships” in the face of mistreatment, something is not working.
