The small Canavese hilly center of Vialfrè, with 243 inhabitants at the end of 2020, approved the budget for the year 2021 in the city council, with just 677.25 euros per capita of current tax revenues, for a total of 164,571 euros. . To this amount must be added the sums relating to revenues from public transfers, which do not reach € 16,500, and to non-tax revenues of just over 48 thousand euros. The total current part of the municipal budget is therefore less than 230 thousand euros, equal to less than 950 euros per resident.
The quota allocated to investments for 2021 is 184 thousand euros, to drop to just 53 thousand euros in 2022 and 2023. To complete the picture of municipal revenues, there are 129 thousand euros for round games.
223 thousand euros is the current expenditure incurred for personnel and the purchase of goods and services. The city council has also approved the final account for 2020 and the Dup (Single Programming Document) for the three-year period 2021-2023, in which a photograph is made of the population, the territory, the socio-economic situation of the Municipality. From the analysis of the data it appears that at the 2011 census the population was 253 inhabitants of which 12 children, 24 children, 128 adults, 69 pensioners over 65, with three births and 4 deaths in the municipal area of 4.65 square kilometers with over 10 kilometers of local, urban and extra-urban roads served by 120 public lighting points and 35 square kilometers of parks and gardens, as well as 4 kilometers of cycle and pedestrian routes. –
