Messina – A mystery still unresolved, that of the death of Viviana Parisi and her son Gioele Mondello which took place last August in the countryside of Caronia. In all these months there have been so many reports that the consultants of the family and of the Patti Public Prosecutor’s Office, which follows the investigations, have carried out on the remains found, then, after days. The latest version is the one that comes from the report presented to the Public Prosecutor of Patti by the lawyers of Daniele Mondello, the husband of the deceased DJ and father of the child, the lawyers Claudio Mondello and Pietro Venuti. In the document, of an anticipatory type with a proactive and collaborative character, there are the observations of the experts Carmelo Lavorino, Antonio Della Valle and Enrico Delli Compagni who consider the suicide thesis “a staging”. “No killing of little Gioele by Viviana has been demonstrated, no suicide and / or throwing from Viviana’s famous pylon – we read – In reality it is a clever staging organized by a” motivated and involved criminal combination “through the translation of corpses in sensitive areas precisely to stage suicide or misfortune and remove all responsibility from themselves “. The consultants are still awaiting the results of the investigative activities, the consultations and reports of the judicial police, the scientific police, the technical consultants of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the videos, the photos and all the material in the file as well as further examinations of the bodies for their part through the 3D Laser instrumentation.
But according to the consultants of Daniele Mondello’s lawyers, Viviana and Gioele they would have fallen for about 50 meters, in a reservoir in the wood of the Sorba district, in Caronia. It is not possible to understand that it was a well, a cistern, but the hypothesis is that the two fell at the same time. Viviana would have fractured several parts of the body, especially the left area, with two vertebrae “exploded” with the severing of the spinal cord. He would have lost consciousness and sensitivity, dying of asphyxiation. Joel, on the other hand, would have banged his skull in the left temporal area and would have died, too, of asphyxiation. Then the two bodies, at different times, would have been extracted from the bottom of the well with the hands and with special tools of an “unknown subject”.
The thesis, which arrived on the table of the Chief Prosecutor of Patti, Angelo Cavallo, now it will be examined by the investigators who for months have been trying to reconstruct what happened on the morning of August 3, since Viviana Parisi and her son left the car on the highway, bypassing the guard. But the investigators’ job is also to reconstruct the previous hours and why the girl would have headed to a different place than the destination communicated to her husband. The new hypothesis put forward by the report of the consultants of the Mondello family, in fact, disavows what was the initial thesis, namely that the child had been attacked by dogs and the lady eliminated because she was an uncomfortable witness. Now the other reports on the investigations connected with the death of Viviana Parisi are also expected to be filed within this month.
