The first time: “I do not know how to be awed” and “Toxic”
On the night when Sun Lijun was announced to have fallen from the horse, Zhao Kezhi presided over a meeting of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Public Security to inform Sun Lijun of his suspected serious violations of discipline and law.
Zhao Kezhi mentioned that Sun’s investigation was “the inevitable result of his long ignorance of the party’s political discipline and political rules, disobedience, lack of rules, fearlessness, and reckless conduct”, and proposed “ideologically, politically, and recklessly.” Organizationally and in terms of work style, the influence of Zhou Yongkang, Meng Hongwei, Sun Lijun and others have been eliminated.”
Zhao used the word “awe-inspiring” for the first time in this speech. “I don’t know how to reverence” is followed by the word “willful and reckless”. At that time, some people interpreted that Sun Lijun might have the problem of “coming into chaos”, that is, the problem of “great disrespect” or “great rebellion” towards Xi Jinping. The argument of “the party’s malignant tumor” indicates that Sun Lijun is a “malignant tumor” in the CCP, and if it is not removed, it may have fatal consequences. The argument of “political hidden danger” indicates that Sun Lijun may become a “bomb” within the CCP that does not know when it will detonate. If this “political hidden danger” is not eliminated, it may cause a major political disaster.
“It is necessary to dig into and thoroughly investigate people and things that involve Sun Lijun’s serious violations of discipline and law.” It shows that Sun Lijun formed a “criminal gang” up, down, left, right, inside and outside.

Regarding the seriousness of Sun Lijun’s problem, Zhao Kezhi’s four speeches were very heavy.
