1. Plan your main meals

It is important to put an end to wasting hours. By planning the times of the main meals, which we can consider four, including the classic ‘snack’, it will be easier to plan the best and healthiest menu for each moment. The the secret therefore lies in the programming.

1. Chew at least 20 times

Take moments at the table with the right calm to satisfy one of the nutritional tips par excellence. Chew each bite at least twenty times and body and mind will benefit best from what you ingest. 2. Low fat

If you consume low-fat products (meat or dairy products) it does not mean that you can increase the quantity. Let’s not be defeated by immediate pleasure because of the health benefits it brings balanced diet they are much more satisfying in the long run.

3. What food portions should be to lose weight

5. Drink water and tea

Keep soft drinks and carbonated drinks well away prefer water. And if this change can be so traumatic, a small transition could be made with teas which now have different flavors and can be sweetened with a little honey. Dare to change, you will be surprised.

6. Move as much as possible

This is a change to our habits that is only good. Moving our body is an infallible medicine. Take the stairs, forget about the elevator, reach your workplace on foot (at least in the last stretch of the road…), go for a bike ride in your free time. If you can, go for a run. The benefits will be immediate and not only for the body, but also for your mental state.
