It will not be a revolution, but there will be many changes: the conclusion of the field hockey season represented for Bonomi the end of a cycle and for the Lomellina team it will be a very hot summer, starting with the choice of the new coach after five years. and a half under the guidance of coach Stefano Angius, as well as some adjustments to the squad.
The first reinforcement has already been identified: in Lomellina, in fact, Max Hahnenkamp, 24 years old, a strong Austrian player who is also part of the national team of his country and represents an important reinforcement for Bonomi, will land in Lomellina. Instead, two athletes leave the Castello d’Agogna team and therefore will no longer be part of the group that will compete in the next A1 series championship: the German Fastrich has finished his work experience in Milan and will return to Germany; Juan Pons also says goodbye who after leaving LaBonomi is looking for a new accommodation.
While waiting to hear about the other market movements, at Bonomi the knot tied to the name of the new coach holds the ground: Angius has in fact resigned after the last official match, with the elimination in the Italian Cup followed by that in the playoffs, but the name of the substitute is still missing. The club is considering various profiles: there are expert coaches in the running, but also the hypothesis of having a player-coach, choosing an element of experience from the Lomellina squad. An eventuality that, if it were to materialize, would lead Bonomi to retrace the winning path already followed with Angius almost six years ago. –
