Leaving behind the disappointment of the past season, starting with the right enthusiasm and not overdoing it: these are the elements of the new course on the bench of the Logiman Broni of coach Michael Magagnoli, from Modena, 34, who is preparing to lead the green-and-white team in the championship of A2 series (the new logo will also be presented in the coming days, which depicts a cat and the ball in wedges).

«Among the reasons that pushed me to stay there are certainly the fans, I can’t deny it – explains Magagnoli – despite the fact that the year was very negative from various points of view, they were with us from the first to the last second. I worked only 40 days as the first coach of the team, so I felt I had a sort of debt towards the company and the Bronese public. So as soon as they asked me to stay, I immediately accepted with pleasure and I thank the company for the trust with which it immediately decided to entrust me with this new course ». There is a desire for redemption: «The relegation still burns a lot – admits the coach – I will probably forget it the day we return to the top flight, as I am. We are working to restart in the best possible way to bring enthusiasm back to PalaBrera. The idea is to go back to seeing the full arena, with the public having to elbow to find a seat. Broni is a unique, special square ».

A fundamental step

The Logiman brand will appear on the shirts of the Oltrepadana team: “We announced the sponsor in the last few weeks – continues the coach – a fundamental step to plan next season in the best possible way, on solid economic foundations”. Even if the groups have not been formed at the moment, so the opponents are not known, a very competitive A2 is announced: «It will be a really tough championship. – continues the coach from Modena – It is enough to see which team has set up Castelnuovo Scrivia, absolutely super, with several players from a higher category; then Udine and Sanga Milano will always be very competitive; Patti proved to be an important team, Vigarano is working well. So from North to South it will be a very competitive tournament with teams equipped to do well. We will work hard to get the best possible placement ». The team is basically ready, even if the players are not officially registered: the first ones could already be presented in the next few days. «We want to have a competitive team, made up of motivated people, eager to improve every day in the gym, who will always have to give their best to win their place on the pitch. – concludes coach Magagnoli – We will have an important Italian nucleus, with nine players, and the foreign community in the role of center-winger, who can be useful for the game idea that we have set for ourselves with the club ». –
