President Malagò also invited Dominik Windisch, biathlete present in Beijing 2022, who announced his retirement at the end of a career that saw him win three Olympic bronze medals – in Sochi 2014 with the mixed relay and in PyeongChang 2018 again with the mixed relay and in the individual sprint -, in addition to the world title in the Mass Start and the bronze in the mixed relay won in Östersund in 2019 and the silver world champion, also in the relay, won the following year in Anterselva.
