David Beckham meets old acquaintances at Paris Saint Germain
During a recent trip to Paris, David Beckham took the opportunity to visit the training facilities of Paris Saint Germain and catch up with some familiar faces. Despite only spending a short amount of time there, Beckham made sure to greet the star of the French club, Kylian Mbappé, as well as the team’s president, Nasser Al-Khelaïfi.
Beckham’s visit to Paris was primarily for the basketball game between the Nets and the Cavaliers, where he also greeted numerous personalities. However, during his time at PSG’s facilities, he shared a warm conversation with Mbappé and then went on to greet the team’s president.
Although Beckham’s appearance at PSG’s facilities may have sparked speculation, it seems unlikely that he will have any involvement with the French club, as he continues to focus on transforming the squad of his own team, Inter Miami, for the upcoming season.
In addition to his visit with the men’s team, Beckham also took the time to meet with the PSG women’s team, which has achieved significant success in European competitions. The team, created in 1971, has won two French cups and has been runners-up in the UEFA Women’s Champions League on two occasions.
Beckham’s visit to Paris was not only an opportunity to catch up with old acquaintances but also to showcase his support for both men’s and women’s football at a top European club.
