Dell’Agnello, the son of art reassures Cividale: “Dad gave me the desire to win”

The American player, in the last season in force first in Casale Monferrato and then in San Severo, has occupied the last available place as a foreigner. In case of injuries, however, the Ueb (since it has not used any visa to register foreign players) will be able to replace both him and captain Chiera.

«We have already wanted Giacomo Dell’Agnello since last year – declares at the opening of the press conference the president of Ueb Gesteco Cividale Davide Micalich -. This time we made it and so here is the first new signing for the new season in A2. I am sure that with his technical characteristics, his enthusiasm and the desire to play he will be able to give a lot to our team that wants to amaze, grow and continue to surprise. “In these two years I have followed Cividale, and I thank the club for the opportunity that was given to me”. These are the first words of the son of Sandro Dell’Agnello, Giacomo, who enthusiastically added: «It will be a difficult championship but I can’t wait to start. I promise commitment, seriousness and determination; we will then see how far we can go ».

Also analyzing the relationship with his father, who this year will be the coach of Real Sebastiani Rieti (Serie B), where the former Gialloblù Alessandro Paesano will also be, he says: “What I always carry with me from my father is his desire to win. And he doesn’t want to do it only in basketball, but also in life: I think this is very important to do things with passion and determination ».

The first medical examinations have been made to some players who will be so ready for the first week of training of the team which will begin with the athletic tests on August 19th in Cividale.
