The curtain falls on the eighth edition of the Canavese summer camp 2021, a football sports project which, thanks to the support and generosity of private companies and local institutions, each year involves more than one hundred small champions of the Canavese who are engaged for two weeks in sports and entertainment.
In recent editions, young athletes with disabilities from the “Insuperabili Reset Academy of Ivrea” have also participated with great enthusiasm and have perfectly integrated into the group, demonstrating that sport is for everyone and everyone.
The mission of the camp, the organizers say, “is to unite the passion and respect that must be an active and fundamental part for the growth of great little athletes”.
Since the first edition, the Avis section of Ivrea has enthusiastically supported the Canavese summer camp project.
Seeing at work, on the green turf of a sports field, many little players running with enthusiasm and sportiness behind a ball these days is really a breath of fresh air. “Thanks to everyone’s commitment, this year too the goal has been largely achieved” reiterate the organizers, the smile and enthusiasm shown in many games played, won or lost, are tangible proof. It is difficult to find adjectives to describe this experience: engaging and formidable ».
And this year the watchword was integration: the players of the Insuperabili were welcomed with joy and with the new teammates they shared the game but also the training sessions, the jokes but also the technical and tactical explanations given by the coaches. –
