The oil company Eni announced on Monday that it will be the next sponsor in the name of the Serie A men’s football championship Enilive, his company dedicated to mobility products and services: the assembly of the Serie A clubs has in fact accepted Eni’s offer, and after 25 years it will cease its collaboration with TIM. Therefore, from the 2024/2025 season the official name of the Italian football championship will no longer be “Serie A TIM”, but “Serie A Enilive”.
In a press release, Eni also confirmed some previews already published by the specialized newspaper Football and Finance: the agreement will be worth average 22 million euros per season for three seasons, with the possibility of extending the contract for another two years.
