How refunds work and how long they last

For any delay exceeding ten minutes (until the end of the year) the driver will be entitled to a refund which will be paid automatically. All payment methods (card, cash or electronic toll) give the right to cashback. There are different time and kilometric bands. In some cases there is a full refund of the amount. What happens if the app doesn’t register the delay

For any disputes it is always necessary to collect the receipt at the exit toll booth. In the event that, after at least 48 hours, it is not possible to view the trip in the “Travel History” section of the Free To X app, it will be possible to submit the refund request by photographing the receipt and sending it via the app.
