The JLPGA Tour plans to host 38 games in 2022, which is the same as in 2009. Currently, one game is being negotiated as a sponsored game. The total bonus is 4.296 billion yen. The first game of the season-the 35th Daikin Orchid Women’s Golf Championship (Ryukyu Golf Club/Nanjo City, Okinawa Prefecture) will open from March 3 to 6 local time.

The day before JLPGA, the Japan Golf Tour Organizing Committee (JGTO) announced the dates for the 2022 Tour and Challenge “ABEMA Tour (renamed AbemaTV Tour)”. The tour currently plans to host 25 games and will add 3 new events-ISPS HANDA Europe or Japan (Ibaraki Prefecture, Ishioka Golf Club, April 21-24), For The Players By The Players (Gunma Prefecture , THE RAYSUM, May 5th to 8th) and ASO Iizuka Golf Challenge (Fukuoka Prefecture, Asoi Iizuka Golf Club, June 9th to 12th)
The first match will be held at the SMBC Singapore Open (Sentosa Golf Club Serapong Course) from January 20th to 23rd local time. The Token Homemate Cup (Token Tado Country Club Nagoya/Kwana City, Mie Prefecture), held from March 31 to April 3, local time, will be the first match to be held in Japan. In addition, the “Shinhan Donghae Open” independently hosted by South Korea for the second consecutive year due to the new crown epidemic will be re-hosted as a joint venue of South Korea, Asia and Japan.
