Juventus, the calendar: for Allegri 7 games in 22 days

by admin

A return to the difficult field for Allegri’s men: a calendar full of commitments and difficulties, the Champions League and the key matches of the championship at the gates. And so the experiments are postponed …

Seven games in twenty-two days. Immediately a tour de force, for Juventus. The first of the season, for Max Allegri. Who has not been able to take advantage of the break to work on the group (and probably will not even succeed in October) and must manage the case of the South Americans, who will return close to the first match scheduled in Naples: too late.

HOT TRINOMIUM

The bianconeri will resume in the league with Napoli (away) and Milan, in the middle of the Champions League debut at Malmö: the match is more than within reach but still a long away match. After the missteps with Udinese and Empoli we will not be allowed to make other mistakes, even more so in Europe: the points weigh immediately and it is good to get ahead in the group standings immediately. First week calendar: Napoli away, Saturday 11 at 18; Malmö away, Tuesday 14 at 21; and Milan at the Stadium, Sunday 19th at 8.45pm.

CHELSEA E DERBY

The other three matches in the league calendar are more within reach, around one of the big matches of the Champions League group, at home with Chelsea. Max’s team will not have to repeat the mistake of the beginning of the season, against Spezia and Sampdoria. The Mole derby at the Grande Torino closes the match. So, even in this case, between post-race exhaust and finishing on the eve there will be no chance to work in depth during the week. Any experiments are to be postponed to better times. Second week calendar: Spezia away, Wednesday 22nd at 18.30; Sampdoria at the Stadium, Sunday 26th at 12.30 pm; Chelsea, again at the Stadium, Wednesday 29th at 9pm; and finally the derby with Torino, Saturday 2 at 6 pm.
