LiaPiave returns to the field at Giol “Great mix between young and veterans”

Pre-season preparation for LiaPiave, the club of the municipalities of San Polo, Cimadolmo and Ormelle, has begun. The association has 13 teams and about 300 registered athletes, including “Primi Calci” and the first team of Excellence, equipped with several young athletes from the nursery, who support the “veterans” with superior technical qualities, necessary to grow the most young people and thus play a good championship. The first team, led by the reconfirmed coach Paolo Zoppas and his staff, took to the field at the “Giol” for the start of the summer training. To greet the athletes, the management staff headed by president Silvano Ongaro and diesse Enrico Bonaldo.

Bonaldo himself intervened underlining the great trust placed by the club in the youth sector, present in large numbers in the first team: «We have built a young team, reinvigorated compared to the last few years. We focus a lot on the boys we have promoted to the first team by the students and juniors and on those who are growing up in the football school. We have joined them by experienced athletes, precisely to make them grow better. We want to have a good championship and with satisfaction ». Friendly matches have already been set: Saturday at 16 in Limana against Limana Cavarzano, Wednesday 25 at 19.30 in Ormelle against Pordenone “primavera”, Saturday 28 August in S. Lucia di Piave against Santa Lucia, Wednesday 1 September at 20 in Belluno against Dolomites.
