With the signature of Lele Caserio, the corporate reorganization of Omnia Pavia was formalized. The 52-year-old entrepreneur takes over the role of sole director and legal representative to the founder Gianni Perruchon, who remains in the club as treasurer, together with his daughter Silvia (vice president); the board of directors also includes Fabio Monastero and Massimiliano Dellabianca, partners of Punto Edile, a building supply company to which Caserio also belongs. The executive staff includes Nicola Ceriana (accompanying executive) and Simone Perversi, head of the new social project.
