Rome, 28 October 2021 – It was filed at Albany City courthouse a complaint for sexual offenses against the former governor of New York, Andrew Cuomo who resigned two months ago after some allegations of harassment. This was announced by a spokesperson for the courts of the state of New York according to reports from CNN. Cuomo has repeatedly rejected allegations of sexual harassment, admitting he made mistakes but calling the most serious allegations false. In August, Cuomo announced his resignation live on tv. “I accept full responsibility, I slipped, I have been too familiar with my collaborators. But behind the accusations there are political motivations, and I’m sure New Yorkers will understand, “he declared in front of the cameras.
The episode of which Cuomo is accused would have taken place at his official residence on 7 December 20 20.
