Longtou News invites you to participate in the “Planting Green Mountains to Beautify Homes” online tree planting public welfare activity. The activity is a collaboration between Heilongjiang Daily Newspaper Group and the Heilongjiang Provincial Forestry and Grassland Bureau, aimed at fulfilling the obligation of tree planting and enhancing public awareness of voluntary tree planting.

The initiative, launched on the occasion of International Forest Day on March 21, calls on everyone to take part in voluntary tree planting in various forms. By becoming an “Online Publicity Ambassador,” individuals can promote the concept of voluntary tree planting by downloading the leading news client app and forwarding the activity link to friends. Participants can also register by scanning a QR code and sending screenshots and vouchers.

Once the tree planting period begins in mid-to-late April, the Heilongjiang Provincial Forestry and Grassland Bureau will organize personnel to plant saplings on behalf of participants, turning online publicity energy into tangible action. After the saplings are planted, participants will receive the “2024 National Compulsory Tree Planting Responsibility Certificate” issued by the Heilongjiang Provincial Greening Committee Office.

The deadline for the activity is estimated to be April 15, subject to the start of tree planting work. By contributing to this initiative, individuals can help make the earth greener, more beautiful, and more sustainable. Let’s work together to accumulate green energy and promote the concept of ecological civilization in our daily lives.

For more information and to participate in the “Planting Green Mountains to Beautify Homes” initiative, visit the official WeChat accounts of the Heilongjiang Provincial Forestry and Grassland Bureau and Longtou News. Let’s plant trees in the “cloud” together and contribute to a more sustainable future.
