Pordenone, all Slivka for the midfield

by admin

There is strong interest in the Lithuanian international but the neroverde club is also testing the ground for the Polish Poreba

PORDENONE. Pordenone wants to accelerate on the central midfielder. The debut in the league is scheduled for Saturday (with Perugia in Lignano) and the technical and sporting direction intends to hand over the missing piece to the coach Massimo Paci.

The main suspect wearing the neroverde at the moment is Vykintas Slivka, Lithuanian national born in 1995, under Apollon Smyrnis (Greek Serie A), with a past also in Italy among the cadets at Ascoli. However, on the agenda of the technical director Matteo Lovisa and the sporting director Emanuele Berrettoni there are also the outgoing movements.

Slivka is currently the favorite over Lukasz Poreba, a Pole born in 2000 owned by Zaglebie Lubin. The reason is mainly economic: the Silesian oranges want 1 million euros for the player, who already has 69 appearances between Ekstraklasa (the top national championship) and the Polish cup. Apollon Smyrnis, on the other hand, needs compensation with a much more affordable value.

For now, Poreba is more of a dream than a goal of the lizards, although they are aware that it is a prospect on which to record an interesting capital gain in the years to come. Less consistent, however, are currently the Italian candidacies of Lorenzo Crisetig (’93), under Reggina, and Simone Pontisso (’97), director of Vicenza, both from Friuli.

In particular, the first is discussing the renewal with the Calabrians. Now he is expiring exactly like Poreba, who decided not to renew with Zaglebie (with whom he scored in the last round of Ekstraklasa, won 2-0 over Pogon Szczecin).

Once the midfielder has been found, Pordenone will focus on the central defender (to complete a package that already includes Camporese, Barison, Bassoli and Stefani). Only then will an attacker be discussed, but only if an opportunity presents itself.

An outgoing movement has already been registered and concerns the nursery: it is the midfielder (class 2005) Marco Dalla Vecchia, who was sold to Turin. He had stood out in the last two years – playing under age – in the national Under 16 and Under 17 of Pordenone.

With the suitcase in hand are some players of the first team. Youssouf Sylla (’98), a center forward just taken from Gozzano, should go on loan to Siena in Serie C.

As a coach he will find world champion Alberto Gilardino in Tuscany: the best for a striker. Jean Freddi Greco (’01), midfielder, is about to go to reinforce Cesena (also on loan in Lega Pro) while the equal-role Mihael Onisa (’01) for now remains among the neroverdi (some options are evaluated all ‘abroad).

At the start there is also Matteo Rossetti (’98), median, who could land in Serie C while Luca Tremolada (’91) boasts numerous admirers both in the Lega Pro and in the cadet category. By the end of the market (scheduled for 8 pm on 31 August) Pordenone intends to close all outgoing situations.
