Prague, clashes between Fiorentina and West Ham fans: injured and arrested

Urban warfare scenes in the center of Prague in view of Conference League final between Fiorentina and West Ham. According to a local police spokesman, some Viola fans stormed a pub where English supporters had gathered. “The Italian ultras attacked the British in a bar“, he declared. During the clashes there they would have been wounded and law enforcement allegedly arrested some people involved in the scuffles.

The police in riot gear, in the central Piazza San Venceslao, contained and identified a hundred ultras from Fiorentina, evidently held responsible for being part of the group that caused the riots. Czech police are analyzing surveillance images to understand what happened in the episode that sparked the tensions.
