San Benedetto Po (Mantua), 17 July 2022 – Un 16 year old of Indian origin was run over and killed by a car as he walked by bike, together with two other peers, the Sp 42, a embankment road that joins San Benedetto Po in the hamlet of Portiolo in the Mantua area.
The dramatic accident happened just before midnight. The three boys were walking home along one street without lighting when suddenly a car swooped from behind, a Toyota Rav 4 driven by a woman, with two people on board.
SK, who would have turned 17 next week, was the last in the line of guys on bikes and it was run over and thrown into the embankment several meters away. The young man, resident in San Benedetto Po, died while his friends only reported bruises from the fall.
