Her name is Elisa Falzoni, she lives in Cilavegna, works as an instructor in the gym, and has climbed the podium twice (in the Body Fitness -163 and Master Over 35 categories) in Malta in an international body building competition organized by the IFBB Federation, which it is the most important in a sport that in recent years has become increasingly popular also in the women’s field.
In July Elisa, who lives in Cilavegna, won the Italian championship and qualified with the national team for the Arnold Classic Europe competition to be held in Seville on 17 September. This is the important appointment for which he is preparing in recent months.
