“I like challenges,” says the 35-year-old player from Erba but at home in Termoli, in Molise. “At my age, new stimuli are always needed. If a serious company and a healthy environment are proposing them, you certainly don’t think twice. Among other things, it is the first opportunity I have to play in the North and represents a further opportunity for growth. Not surprisingly, once the chat with the director was deepened, it took me two or three days at the most to decide ».
As proof of how much desire he has to live the Dolomite experience, there is the fact that for work reasons he will not be followed by his family. «I come from five championships won in the last nine seasons, true, but I never want to be satisfied. As for the distance, we will try to organize ourselves to be able to spend as much time together as possible ».

“You win the championships if you have healthy and valued people in the group, good at putting the famous us in front of me,” adds Sivilla. «We must go in the same direction and the human and sporting choices of the Dolomites have precisely this objective. «At our age, every bad game or whatever is subject to criticism. But we know this, so we need to overcome the risk by leaving aside the past and focusing only on the here and now ».
