According to the notice, the 2023 Quanzhou primary and secondary school sports league schedule will last from this month to the end of December, covering all campuses and the whole school in the city, with a total of 9 sports, including basketball, volleyball, swimming and many other traditional sports that are popular among students , there are also campus characteristic sports such as martial arts, ice and snow roller skating, etc., which enrich the campus sports and cultural life in an all-round way, and build a good competition and communication platform for young athletes.
Quanzhou attaches great importance to youth sports work and actively promotes the development of “integration of sports and education”. Up to now, the city has built 58 schools with various sports characteristics at all levels, and 100% of the primary and secondary schools have fully opened physical education classes.
