Pordenone, to understand how the season will start, will have to wait a few more hours. The ruling of the TAR regarding Chievo, initially expected for yesterday afternoon, has been postponed to today’s morning. The court will express its opinion on the Chievo issue, without, however, necessarily reaching a definitive solution. The Gialloblù, in fact, asked for the “suspension” of the provision decreed by Covisoc and subsequently by the Federal Council and the Coni College of Guarantee, which excluded it from B. If the TAR decides to decree the “suspension” of the provision , Chievo would see the doors of the cadeteria open in front of them. On the contrary, the Federal Council could opt for the repechage of Cosenza, decreeing at the same time the release of all the Gialloblù players. In any case, the question would not end here, given that the TAR would have 30 days before making the final decision, with Chievo who will in turn be able to appeal before the Council of State.
Meanwhile, the championship and, above all, the Italian Cup are approaching: if Chievo were to remain in Serie B, the lizards would face Udinese, in a fascinating and meaningful Cup derby, otherwise Paci’s men would see it with another A team, Spezia while Udinese would challenge Ascoli.
