Treviso: they bathe in the Piave river and drown. Two boys aged 14 and 18 died

Treviso – Tragedy this afternoon in Veneto. Two boys aged 14 and 18 drowned in the Piave while taking a bath. The two together with some other friends had arrived in the afternoon on a small beach in Fagarè di San Biagio di Callalta, in the Treviso area, when two of them disappeared underwater. The comrades raised the alarm triggering the alarm between the police forces and the Suem 118 health workers. During the search, in a short time, the bodies of the two boys were found a little further downstream, in Ponte di Piave.

For the moment the carabinieri did not disclose the general information of the two victims. On the beach, however, there were practically only children of foreign origin.
