Apple will launch its generative AI in 2024

The rumors they wanted Apple working on its own generative artificial intelligence are finally confirmed. This was given by the company’s CEO, Tim Cook, last night on the occasion of the announcement of the financial results for Q3 2023.

Tim Cook stated that Apple is dedicating “an enormous amount of time and effort” to the features related to artificial intelligence that will be announced in the coming months, probably already in June at WWDC where Apple usually announces software innovations for the years to come.

We are announcing these results on the eve of what will surely be a historic day as we enter the era of spatial computing“, said the CEO referring to today, February 2, 2024, which will mark the launch of Apple Vision Pro in the United States. “Moments like these are what we live for at Apple, they’re why we do what we do” has continued.

Cook wanted to explain that Apple is still highly dedicated and focused on innovationand for this reason “we will continue to invest in these and other technologies that will shape the future, including artificial intelligence, to which we continue to dedicate a tremendous amount of time and effort and where we will be excited to share details of our ongoing work by the end of the year”.

Some rumors that have emerged in the last few hours make the announcement of the new Siri with AI similar to ChatGPT at WWDC practically certain. And at this point all that remains is to start the countdown.
