Abylight Studios to Launch Sci-Fi Metroidvania Game “Exographer” in 2024
Exciting news for fans of sci-fi and action-adventure games as Abylight Studios has announced the upcoming launch of “Exographer” in 2024. Developed by SciFunGames, this side-scrolling Metroidvania series will be available on Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC Steam, and other platforms.
Inspired by science and created by science fiction writer and physicist Raphaël Granier De Cassagnac, “Exographer” offers players a unique and immersive gameplay experience. Set on a mysterious alien asteroid, players will take on the role of an explorer stranded on the planet as they unravel the secrets of an extinct civilization hidden within.
Players will have access to four different abilities that can be combined to conquer six distinct regional levels in the game. From walking on ceilings and walls to using a camera to uncover hidden truths, players must utilize these unique abilities to progress through the game and solve challenging puzzles.
The game’s puzzles are based on scientific discoveries, with many challenges centered around elementary particles.
