Research and documentation about Putin’s “Bears”, i.e. the Russian hackers who cracked the Bundestag (including the Chancellor), manipulated Trump’s first election and accompanied the attack on Ukraine.
Steal data – publish it on a large scale – warm your hands in the flames of the resulting chaos.
In this fight in the digital space, democracies are simply at a disadvantage…Linus Neumann from the CCC: “…you can make a television station (…), you can do hack and leak operations and all of this will then be made public, which then frays, fragments, falls apart and destabilizes democracy. At the same time, you sit in the dictatorship and don’t have the problem, because as soon as someone steps out of line, you can set an example and it won’t happen again so quickly.”
