This is a fundamental piece in the broad strategic plan on which Impresoft is investing to position itself in Italy as a point of reference for digital acceleration. The entry into the Group has been sanctioned Tecno-Softa Faenza company specialized in progetti WMS (Warehouse Management System), and known for the design and implementation of advanced solutions in the field of information systems for production. With this operation, Impresoft consolidates its role in the Smart Manufacturing sector, an area already heavily covered by the Group and today among the main protagonists of digitalisation projects for the economic restart.

The acquisition of Tecno-Soft further enriches the Competence Center Smart Manufacturing of Impresoft of which they are already part Quality from Open-Co: the Faenza company brings skills, experience and enriches the product portfolio with a focus on digitalization of logistics and production.
