Indian retailer teases vivo V30 and V30 Pro launch in India
Vivo is gearing up to launch its V30 series of mobile phones in India. While the V30 phone has only been released in China, Indian telecom operators have already put up pre-launch posters for the upcoming V30 series, including the unreleased V30 Pro, and announced that it will be “coming soon.”
The preview poster indicates that the V30 Lite will not be launched in India. The V30, equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor and three 50MP lenses, comes with a 6.78-inch 120Hz AMOLED screen, a 5,000mAh battery, and 80W wired charging support. The V30 5G comes in various specifications and is expected to be available in markets including India, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
As for the V30 Pro, it is rumored to be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor, the same 6.78-inch screen as the V30, and a 5,000mAh battery. The Pro version may also feature a fourth 50MP telephoto lens and will be the first phone in the vivo V series to use a Zeiss lens, offering various Zeiss-style portrait and video modes.
While the launch date in India has not been announced, vivo officials have confirmed that the V30 and V30 Pro will be launched in Thailand on February 28.
