Taro urged fans to cheer as loudly as possible in the hopes that Square Enix would greenlight the sequel.
Since the release of Nier: Automata, fans have been eagerly awaiting news of a new game in the series. At the concert, attendees reported seeing the word REPENT displayed multiple times, culminating in the word REP3NT, leading many to speculate that this could be the subtitle for the third Nier game.
