Nothing sub-brand CMF will launch CMF Phone (1), priced at only HK$1320?

CMF, a sub-brand of Nothing, is set to shake up the low-end mobile phone market with the upcoming launch of the CMF Phone (1). According to foreign technology media 91mobiles, the new device will sport a colorful polycarbonate body design, with color options including orange, white, and black. The best part? It comes with a budget-friendly price tag of only 12,000 Indian rupees, which is approximately HK$1320/NT$5150.

The CMF Phone (1) features a 6.5-inch screen and a rear single-lens module design. Its processor, reportedly from the MediaTek Dimensity series, offers reliable performance for everyday use. The phone runs on a simplified version of Nothing OS, although some features have been removed. Battery life shouldnā€™t be an issue with a hefty 5000mAh battery capacity and 33W wired charging support.

In related news, Nothing Company recently rolled out the Nothing OS 2.5.5a system update for its popular Nothing Phone (2) and (2a). This update is said to enhance AI functionalities, leading to speculation that the ā€œmissing functionā€ highlighted by foreign media could be related to the absence of certain AI features.

With the introduction of the CMF Phone (1) and the continuous improvements to the Nothing OS, it seems that Nothing is carving out its space in the competitive mobile phone market. Stay tuned for more updates on these exciting developments!
