With the “Pixel Buds”, Google has its own series of headphones in its range. If you have bought new audio accessories or are changing your smartphone, you may be wondering how to pair the Google Pixel Buds.
Once the headphones have been paired with a smartphone or tablet, they will be automatically recognized and connected as soon as you switch them on.
Connect Google Pixel Buds to smartphone
The connection to the headphones is established via Bluetooth. So before you get started, make sure that Bluetooth is activated on your playback device. Then you do this:
Puts the headphones into the charging station. Positions the charging case close by des Smartphones.
Opens the charging station. There is a button on the back of the case. Press the button and hold it down, until the LED turns white to blink. The headphones are then in pairing mode. If the light flashes alternately white and orange instead, the station closes and opens. Then press again the pairing button. Appears on the smartphone a notification. You may also need to open the device’s Bluetooth settings and search for nearby devices. Tap on the entry for the buds. The connection is established automatically. The Pixel Buds and the smartphone or tablet are then paired with each other and you can play the device sound through them.

Can’t pair Google Pixel Buds?
If the Pixel Buds won’t connect and won’t enter pairing mode, for example, check the following:
Make sure that the Headphone battery is sufficiently charged. Activates Bluetooth on the smartphone. Switch the smartphone briefly to airplane mode and deactivate it again. If the Google Pixel Buds do not connect to the smartphone after both devices have already been paired with each other, it often helps to first delete the entry from the Bluetooth overview and then reestablish the connection.
