As Nintendo releases their latest game for the Switch, Princess Peach: Showtime, they have also announced a new Maximus Cup for Tetris 99. The Cup, known as Edition 39, will be kicking off this Friday and lasting throughout the weekend.
For those unfamiliar, the Maximus Cup in Tetris 99 allows skilled players to unlock various goodies such as music, themes, and Tetriminos with designs based on the current game. This time around, players can expect prizes themed around Princess Peach: Showtime.
